## Verbs and actor controls

- If and Case nodes now split into connected chains. Each True, False, Case and
  Default output can start its own path, with visible connections in the editor.
  Existing saved conditional behaviour is converted to equivalent connections.
- Added an Avatar catalog with 24 definitions for messages and active actor
  controls. Instance supports movement, positioning, properties, AI profiles,
  damage, healing, respawn, inventory, visual cues and animation. Theatrical
  supports cast motion, appearance, impulses and props.
- Added focused Conditions, Variables, Events and Inventory catalogs. Each
  workspace shows controls compatible with its runtime.
- Expanded chat and stream discovery, including Twitch, YouTube and Kick, plus
  named one-shot and repeating timers, cancellation and active avatar messages.
- Made both panel dividers draggable. Settings offer available format keys and
  active placed actor IDs in dropdowns, plus examples and defaults for inputs.
- Rotation and scale controls preserve the actor's other transform values.

## Catalog and compatibility changes

- Removed the standalone Game Show mode and its presets, templates and UI.
  Existing standalone Game Show formats should be recreated in a supported mode.
- Retained and expanded the Game Show verb catalog to 26 nodes for Instance and
  Theatrical: scores, answers, input gates, message conditions, timers and resets.
- Preserved existing avatar-message IDs and discovery through the Chat catalog.
- Updated Creator guides and scripting references for the supported workspaces.
- Improved sign-in network timeout handling.

## Windows installer

Python 3.14 and runtime dependencies are included. The installer creates Start
Menu shortcuts, an optional desktop shortcut and an uninstaller. Saved data
stays outside the application directory and is preserved during reinstall and
uninstall. This closed alpha installer is unsigned.

Validation: 3,036 non-visual automated checks passed (11 skipped), plus both packaged launchers, native rendering, installed payload hashes, shortcuts, reinstall, uninstall and saved-data preservation. Website pages were checked at desktop and mobile sizes.
